Why CC Emily instead of emailing her?
The person hears from you, in your words, and Emily's follow-up arrives in the same thread instead of as an email from someone they've never heard of.
You can also email Emily the task, or forward her a thread, and she'll write to them for you.
Does Emily read my inbox?
No. She only sees the emails you send her, Cc her on, or Bcc her on. There's nothing to connect and no credentials to hand over.
Can my whole team work with Emily?
Yes. Anyone on your team can Cc her, email her a task, or @mention her in Slack or Discord. Each person gets their own follow-through, privately, and Emily keeps track of what the team agreed.
How is Emily different from Muse, Dots or Instinct?
Those are personal agents: you connect your accounts and they act on your behalf, as you. That's useful for personal errands.
Emily is a teammate with her own name and address. You bring her into the work by Cc'ing her, she writes as herself, and nobody hands over an inbox or a login.
What if she gets it wrong?
She tells you who she is writing to the moment she starts, and checks with you before anything unusual. Reply in the thread to correct her or stop her.
Can I stop her?
Yes. Reply "stop" and nothing more goes out.
