What counts as an "active discussion" for the Hobby plan?

An active discussion is any discussion (whether you created it or were invited to it) that has not been archived or deleted, and in which you are currently a participant. If you reach your limit of 3 active discussions, you'll need to leave or archive one to join or create a new one.
Q:

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes will take effect from your next billing cycle.
Q:

What happens if a Pro user (with unlimited org creation) invites a Free user to their org?

The invited Free user can participate in discussions within that Pro user's organization. However, the Free user is still subject to their *own* plan's limitations for their overall Meetless usage (e.g., their global 3 active discussion limit, and their personal AI Sidekick interaction limits). To get unlimited participation and higher AI limits, the Free user would need to upgrade their own account.

Is there a minimum number of users for the Business plan?
