What counts as a task?
One task is one outcome you ask Emily to handle. The follow-ups and replies it takes are included. A plan you don't start is free.
Past your allowance?
Tasks already started always finish. There are no automatic overage charges.
Bringing your team
Reply "add <their address> to my team" to any of Emily's emails, or invite them from your console. Everyone keeps their own free tasks until your team is on one plan. Need invoicing or custom terms? Write to us.
Cancelling
Reply "cancel my plan" to any of Emily's emails. Your plan ends at the end of the month you paid for, with no further charge.
