Meetless watches every Slack thread and Confluence update. When a new decision is made, it checks against every prior decision your team has recorded. If it finds a conflict (an API contract that changed, a deadline that shifted, an architecture decision that was reversed), it surfaces it with citations to both the old and new decisions, plus the people who need to know.

Slack, Confluence, and Jira today. Meetless installs as a Slack app and a Jira Connect app. Read-only access at first. Confluence pages are watched for changes via the Forge platform. Notion and GitHub are on the roadmap.

On cancellation, we disable ingest immediately. You have 30 days to export your full audit trail (catches, owners pinged, decisions cited) as JSON or CSV. After 30 days, we hard-delete: source events, embeddings, and audit log. We send you a deletion certificate signed by the founder. We do not retain a 'win-back' copy.
